Your tasks
- Act as a leader of CIRS UK to set up a regulatory compliance team and achieve performance objectives
- Develop strategic initiatives and explore EU/ UK regulation compliance market
- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners/ associations/ authorities
- Manage/supervise employee activities/works, providing suitable resources
- Work closely with Ireland team, US team, China team and Korea team to get technical support and/or share work plan
Qualifications
- BSc. in Chemical, Biology, Environmental Sciences, natural resources or related discipline, MSc. Degree is preferred
- At least 7 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance of chemical/ cosmetic industry and expert knowledge of UK REACH, Cosmetics Regulation etc.
- Superior leadership skills, at least 3 years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role
- Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
- Ability to work in a global team environment, effective interpersonal skills
