Your tasks
- Act as a leader of CIRS UK to set up a regulatory compliance team and achieve performance objectives;
- Develop strategic initiatives and explore EU/ UK regulation compliance market;
- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners/ associations/ authorities;
- Manage/supervise employee activities/work, providing suitable resources; and
- Work closely with the teams in Ireland, US, China, Japan, and Korea team to receive technical support and/or share work plan.
Qualifications
- A BSc. in Chemical, Biology, Environmental Sciences, natural resources, or related discipline, MSc. Degree is preferred;
- At least seven years of professional experience in regulatory compliance of the chemical/ cosmetic industry and expert knowledge of UK REACH, and Cosmetics Regulation;
- Superior leadership skills, at least three years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role;
- Proven experience with business and strategy development processes;
- Fluency in English and Excellent communication skills; and
- Ability to work in a global team environment, with effective interpersonal skills.
