China CFSA Collects Public Comments on 4 New Food Additives

On May 10, 2024, China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) issued 4 new food additives for public comments, including 1 new food enzyme, 2 new food nutrition enhancers, and 1 food nutrition enhancer with expanded scope.

Comments are welcomed before June 9, 2024. Details are as follows:

The use levels, scope of use and specifications of 2’-FLshall meet the requirements outlined in the National Health Commission (NHC) Announcement No. 8 of 2023, excluding Appendix C. The production strain information is given in the Table below:
