The FuNext Protein developed by Fushine is a filamentous fungal protein produced through the fermentation of fungi fusarium. It is rich in essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals necessary for the human body, featuring high dietary fiber, low fat, and an amino acid composition that closely resembles human requirements. In the United States, FuNext protein can be used as a food ingredient, safely applied in meat substitutes and various food categories as a protein source under the intended conditions of use.

Fushine has achieved significant breakthroughs in the field of microbial protein, successfully developing both dry- and wet-based protein forms and bringing research achievements into industrial production.
