澳大利亚新增八种物质到AIIC

2022年11月16日，澳大利亚政府根据《2019工业化学法》在工业化学品清单中添加了八种物质，同时撤销了另一种化合物的商业机密(CBI)批准。

这八种物质是：

背景

《澳大利亚工业化学品名录》（AIIC）收录了从1977年1月1日到1990年2月28日期间在澳大利亚境内使用过的物质以及1990年之后评估过的化学物质。截止至2022年2月，AIIC共收录约40000种化学物质。保密名录部分需要向主管机构提交查询。

未列入AIIC的化学物质为新化学物质，生产或者进口前应按照类别的指南要求，对新化学物质进行类别归属。
已列入AIIC但规定实施新用途环境管理的化学物质，用于允许用途以外的其他工业用途的，应办理新用途环境管理登记。

《澳大利亚化学物质名录》（AICS）规定，除了新物质需要进行类别管理外，澳大利亚境内的企业如涉及工业化学品生产或进口的，还需要向官方提交企业登记。登记周期为每年9月1日至次年8月31日。
