Introduction
Biopesticides in China include microbial pesticides, botanical pesticides, biochemical pesticides and agricultural antibiotics produced by biological fermentation. In 2015, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs began to actively promote green production and biological pesticide substitution, which provided a good opportunity and huge space for the development of biological pesticides. In 2020, the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs opened up a green evaluation process for biological pesticides. In 2022, the approved new active ingredients in China are all biopesticide. Do you know the current situation of biopesticides registration in China, the data requirements for biopesticide registration, and the cost of biopesticide registration?
CIRS will present an educational webinar featuring current biological pesticide regulation in China on April 24 2023, helping you navigate through complex regulatory challenges in China.
