1. Fertilizer Products Exempt from Registration in China

While these specific categories of fertilizer products are exempt from registration, it is important to note that obtaining a production license from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is still a prerequisite before production.

2. Products Subject to Filing

Products filed with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs

Water-soluble macronutrient fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers containing calcium and magnesium, water-soluble fertilizers containing micronutrients, agricultural-grade potassium magnesium chloride, and agricultural-grade potassium magnesium sulfate are filed with the agricultural administrative authorities.
