Attention! India's QCOs Postponed Again

On July 21, 2023, the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC) in India announced the delay of Quality Control Orders (QCO) for the following ten substances:

1	吗啉（Morpholine）	February 1, 2024.
2	醋酸（Acetic Acid）	February 3, 2024.
3	甲醇（Methanol）
4	苯胺（Aniline）
5	吡啶（Pyridine）	March 13, 2024.
6	2-甲基吡啶（Gamma Picoline）
7	3-甲基吡啶（Beta Picoline）
8	碳酸钾（Potassium Carbonate）
9	丙酮（Acetone）
10	三聚磷酸钠（Sodium Tripolyphosphate）

Existing standards and regulations for the above substances are still applicable until the new implementation date comes into effect.

CIRS recommends that relevant enterprises prepare in advance according to the adjusted timelines, allowing sufficient time for data collection, product testing, and factory audits.
