Introduction
On 29 April 2020, Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the Measures for Environmental Management Registration of new chemical substances (MEE Order No. 12). On 17 August 2020, the Guideline on New chemical Substance Registration (for Consultation) was published, with the detailed information such as registration scopes, registration types, registration procedures, required documents, polymer registration, new use management, and post obligations, etc.
This webinar will elaborate the contents of this guideline and will highlight the challenges companies may face when complying with the new requirements and regulations.

Ling Yang, Chemical Regulatory Consultant, Chemical Legislation Compliance Department
