CIRS is Invited to Attend the China and EU Chemical Regulatory Compliance Seminar in Taiwan

In recent years, the chemical trade between mainland China and Taiwan has become more frequent. Taiwan is now paying close attention to the new chemical substance notification in China, the safety management of chemicals, EU REACH registration, supply chain communication and other regulatory compliance works. Besides, many of the chemical regulations in mainland China, including the guidance documents for new chemical substance notification in China and list of toxic chemicals strictly prohibited from import & export, have been revised and updated, and mainland authorities is attaching increasing importance to the management of hazardous chemicals. Enterprises in Taiwan will have to face a lot of challenges during regulatory compliance process. In addition, as the last registration deadline under EU REACH is approaching, chemical enterprises in Taiwan is paying close attention to how to complete REACH registration as quickly as possible as well as the supervisory status after the last registration deadline.

At the invitation of Taiwan’s Department of Industries and Jointek technology, CIRS will give a speech on the updates of the chemical regulations in China and EU on 25 May 2018. Agenda is as follows:
