Ms. Cloris Pan
Ms. Cloris Pan is currently the GHS team leader and senior regulatory consultant of CIRS. Cloris Pan has more than 6 years working experience and in-depth research on global GHS implementation together with hazardous chemical managements in Asia Area. Cloris Pan holds a Bachelor’s degree of engineering from Tsinghua University in China and a Master’s degree from University of Sheffield in UK.
Mr. Austin McCabe
Mr. Austin McCabe is based in our European offices in Dublin, Ireland. Austin obtained his M.Sc. in Chemistry from University College Dublin, and has a background in medicinal chemistry and chemical biology. He utilizes his experience in a number of scientific disciplines to provide regulatory consultancy services for the industrial chemical sector.
Mr. Bryan Zhou
Mr. Bryan Zhou is Deputy General Manager in CIRS Ireland. He has been working for CIRS since 2015 after receiving his Master's degree of Chemistry in University of Cincinnati. His expertise include EU REACH, China REACH, K-REACH, Global GHS and other Asian chemical regulation compliance. Bryan has helped dozens of EU companies meet regulatory compliance requirements in these regions.
Mr. Junho Lee
Mr. Lee is a Director with CIRS Group Korea. Mr. Lee has 11 years of international experience, specializing in the field of Chemical Regulations and Standards including Korea, China and Europe. Prior to joining CIRS Group Korea, he worked with the Korea Testing and Research Institute (KTR, under Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Korea) and ERM Korea supporting clients with major chemical regulation updates in many regions globally including EU REACH and K-REACH.
Dr. Antonio Conto
Antonio Conto got a Degree in Biological Sciences in 1986 and a Master in Experimental Toxicology in 1990. He worked in an Italian CRO from 1988 up to 2001 firstly in the Pathology Department acting also as Study Director and later as a business Development Manager. In 2001 he founded Chemsafe a regulatory Affairs company now employing 22 people in various activities areas (REACH, Agrochemicals, Biocides, Cosmetics, Pharma, Medical devices and Food Safety). He is frequently invited to held lecture at EU level concerning the safety of chemical product or managing dossier preparation. He published up to 70 papers in regulatory Magazines. He is active members of various associations such as SOT, Eurotox, Sitox, Assic, AFI, HBCS and others.
Ellen Daniels
Ellen Daniels has been Head of Public Affairs and Policy at the British Coatings Federation for 4 years. The BCF is the UK trade association for the manufacturers of paint, printing inks and wallcoverings. Her remits covers both UK, EU and global political and regulatory issues. Since joining the BCF, a big part of Ellen’s role has been focused on Brexit and REACH, and the impact both of these have on BCF members. In 2018, Ellen became Chair of the REACH Cross Sector Group, a group of trade associations, professional institutes and businesses that represents downstream users of chemicals. The group’s main challenge has been to shift focus of the impact of REACH from the manufacturers of chemicals to that of the downstream user. Before joining the BCF, she worked for in both the UK and European Parliaments, she then spent two years at a public affairs company working with clients in the energy, education and health sectors.
