The amended Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemical Substances in South Korea (also known as K-REACH) was promulgated in March 2018. The official amended K-REACH regulation came into force from Jan 1st 2019.
In this webinar, we will give you a brief overview of how to check whether the substances could meet exemption conditions for PLC(Polymer of Low Concern), intermediates, R&D used purpose, reagent, etc. and how to apply for exemption applications.

Ms. Kang is a junior consultant with CIRS Group Korea. She is in charge of pre-registration, registration and exemption under K-REACH. She worked with Korea Testing and Research Institute(KTR) for 4 years and had practical experience on chemical substances regulation. She has experienced in compliance with Chemical Control Act(CCA) regulatory.
