On April 29, 2020, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment promulgated the revised "Measures for the Registration of Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 12), which will take effect on January 1, 2021. The New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Measures (Ministry of Environmental Protection Order No. 7) shall be repealed at the same time.
