Six Substances Managed as Precursor Chemicals in China

China is to manage six substances as precursor chemicals from 20 Sep. 2021, according to an announcement from the Ministry of Public Security on 23 Aug. 2021.

Previously on 28 May 2021, the State Council made an announcement that these six substances were added into the List of Precursor Chemicals in China.

Detailed information of the six substances is as follows:

All the precursor chemicals are managed under the Regulation on the Administration of Precursor Chemicals. Enterprises dealing with the above substances should particular pay attention to their obligations during the process of manufacturing, operating, purchasing, transporting, importing and exporting of the substances.
