CIRS is Invited to Speak at the Cosmetic International Congress in Paris

Chemical Inspection and Regulation Service Limited (CIRS) is invited to speak at the Cosmetic International Congress in Paris on 23 March, 2018. Ms. April Guo from CIRS will discuss China regulations: the differences with the European regulation (regulated substances, animal tests, control of the authorities, etc.) during the meeting.
