from CIRS by

On March 5, 2025, CIRS Group once again successfully assisted a client in securing new cosmetic ingredient registration numbers. To date, a total of 22 new cosmetic ingredients have been registered in 2025, and we have provided technical support for more than a quarter of these registrations.

According to the database of China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), the newly registered ingredient is HDI/Di-C12-14 Alkyl Tartrate/Hydrogenated Dimer Dilinoleyl Copolymer (Registration No.: Guo Zhuang Yuan Bei Zi 20250021), with Intercos S.p.A. listed as the registrant.

Intercos S.p.A.

Founded in 1972, Intercos S.p.A. is a global color cosmetics manufacturer headquartered in Milan, Italy. The Intercos Group adheres to high-quality standards and specializes in the production of color cosmetics, nail polishes, and skincare products. The company has established long-term partnerships with numerous internationally renowned brands.

Nine New Cosmetic Ingredients Successfully Registered

Currently, Intercos S.p.A. has successfully registered nine new cosmetic ingredients with the assistance of CIRS Group. Among the 22 newly registered cosmetic ingredients, seven were submitted by companies from overseas countries and regions, with five of those registrations credited to Intercos S.p.A.

An analysis of new cosmetic ingredient registration data reveals that in 2024, a total of 12 new cosmetic ingredients were registered by companies from overseas countries and regions, involving seven foreign enterprises. Among these, Intercos S.p.A. achieved the highest number of registration approvals.

The Chinese Cosmetic Ingredient Regulatory Database (ChinaCosIng), independently developed by CIRS Group, compiles a comprehensive list of cosmetic ingredients that have been successfully registered or filed under both new and existing regulations. This resource is designed to support enterprises in daily formulation development and product compliance, helping to reduce R&D compliance costs and risks.
