On 25th April, 2021, National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC) approved two new food additives (new enzymes for food industry), Protease and Phosphoinositide phospholipase C.
(1) Protease

Donor | Microorganisms encoding the phosphoinositide phospholipase C gene isolated from soil. |
