Weekly Summary – Updates on the Approval and Review of “Three New Foods” - Regulatory News - Food & Food Contact Materials

Recently, China's National Health Commission (NHC) Government Services Platform issued notifications regarding the approval and review of “Thee new foods” (new food raw materials, new food additives, and new food-related products). The notifications included an extension notice for 12 new food-related products, a notification of approval of review findings for 5 new food additives and 6 new food-related products, a notification of a review opinion for 1 new food-related product, and 4 non-approval decision.
